How long does each course take?
The training is self-paced and designed in a micro-learning format, a learning technique that delivers role-based content in short, easily-digestible, segments. Each course is estimated to take 15-minutes.   This can change based on the number of times a person chooses to take the Rehearsals, which are unlimited.

This is a HUGE benefit for sellers, allowing you to focus on prime-time selling while you can invest in yourself at any time, anywhere.   Including during those non-prime time selling hours.

What else is included over and above the core course components?
Over and above the core course components, you can have access to several inclusions and full scope benefits.
What is the difference between a Basic Plan and a Premium Plan?
The Basic Plan provides access to an unlimited number of courses under this plan that would provide the fundamental skill sets and techniques for the content subjects. Essentially, the Basic plan provides courses focused on the critical foundations of selling skills.

The Premium Plan provides access to an unlimited number of courses under both the Basic and Premium Plans.   The content curriculum under the Premium category is suited for the strategic sales level, essentially the courses that would be considered levels I – IV.

What are the pricing options for a Basic and a Premium Plan?
Great question!   As an Individual Seller, you can view the pricing of our Basic and Premium Plans.

As you will see, for both plans, there is an option for a Monthly billing subscription and an Annual billing subscription. You can toggle between the two plans on the left of the screen to view the pricing for the plans.

What is the minimum subscription option?
The minimum subscription option is for 3 months, regardless of the plan.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Once you accept the Terms of Service and remit your payment, you will have access to your SalesBoost subscription within 24 hours.
What kind of billing options do I have?
You can pay by credit card.   We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can set up payment by credit card directly online under Get Started.
If I choose an Annual Plan, can I still pay monthly?
Yes! If you choose the Annual Plan, we can arrange for monthly payments. If you are interested in the Annual Plan and billing on a monthly basis, please contact us.

Do I have to sign a contract?
As an Enterprise Subscriber, you will sign an Agreement and receive an Order Form.
What kind of billing options do I have?
As an Enterprise subscriber, you can select to be billed and pay monthly, pay annually or pay a one-time fee based upon your subscription plan. Additional pricing discounts may apply based upon the number of users confirmed at the time of order.

  • A 6-month minimum subscription will provide a 5% discount on retail pricing.
  • A 12-month subscription will provide a 10% discount on retail pricing.
  • A 24-month subscription will provide a 20% discount on retail pricing
Do you offer a discount on an extended plan?
Absolutely! As An Enterprise Customer, you can choose from a 12-Month Plan or a 24-Month Plan. The 24-month plan will give you a 20% discount. The 12-month plan will give you a 10% discount. Additional discounts may apply based upon the number of users confirmed at the time of order.
What types of payment do you accept?
We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We can create annual invoices for Enterprise Plans. Contact us to request an invoice.
Can I add or remove users in my subscription at any time?
Yes! You will have full access to add, change and remove users at any time during your subscription.

Your invoice and payment will be based on the number of users confirmed at the time of order unless you choose to increase users. Should you add users, your invoice and payment will reflect this. Your payment amount will never decrease and will remain the same as the time of order even if you choose to remove more than the original committed number of users.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?
SalesBoost will provide a 25% discount to non-educational, non-governmental organizations that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Fill out our nonprofit form to qualify for the discount.
Do you provide customer support?
We offer a variety of support channels, including a Support site with comprehensive FAQs, online chat, full documentation, feature requests, and walk-through videos. We also provide email support during normal business hours (9 AM – 6 PM CST Monday – Friday) to give you personalized customer service. As an Enterprise subscriber, you can also get scheduled phone support.
