Joining the company’s Strategic Advisory Board are Ulrich Boser, J. Kim Fennell, and Winston G. Guillory. Joining the company’s Customer Advisory Board is Michael Dominguez and joining both the Strategic Advisory Board and the Customer Advisory board is Greg Mount.

Strategic Advisory Board Member Ulrich Boser is the founder of the Learning Agency, an organization devoted to the science of learning. Part consultancy, part service provider, part communications firm, the Learning Agency’s difference is the science of expertise. He also heads the Learning Agency’s sister nonprofit, the Learning Agency Lab, and is a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress.
Ulrich has served as an adviser to many institutions including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Reboot Foundation, and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. His writing and research have appeared in a variety of outlets ranging from “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” to the front page of USA Today. His book on the science of learning titled Learn Better was released in 2017 and was featured in many media outlets, including Wired, Slate, Vox, Fast Company, and The Atlantic. Amazon called it “the best science book of the year.”
Strategic Advisory Board Member J Kim Fennell is a high-tech executive who has successfully led fast growth teams at several of Silicon Valley’s leading, iconic companies, working both domestically and internationally. He has 16 years of experience as CEO in three companies (public and private) and 19 years of Board experience. Kim was the CEO of deCarta, the leading independent mapping software company until its acquisition by Uber in early 2015.
Kim subsequently remained at Uber for nearly 5 years as a Business Development Leader. For the final 2.5 years, he was Head of Business Development for US & Canada where he led six vertical teams that negotiated over 180 strategic partnerships with major brands & technology players.
Strategic Advisory Board Member Winston Guillory brings a wealth of experience in Fortune 100 companies, startup ventures, and turnaround businesses. A Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer with years of experience driving profitable growth in challenging, competitive, and high growth markets, Winston is currently Managing Director of Belisarius Capital. Prior positions include serving as the CEO of GeoSentric and President of AT&T CruiseCast.
In addition, Winston currently serves on the board of advisors of several companies and institutions including EarBuds, Digital Access Group, Zyyah, and Lamar University. He also sits on the board of directors for Who@ and QA Locate where he also serves as President.
Customer Advisory Board Member Michael Dominguez is currently President and CEO of Associated Luxury Hotels International (AHLI) which serves as a global sales organization (GSO) for its exclusive membership of the world’s most distinguished independently operated or owned hotels and resorts, cruise ships and DMCs within the meeting, incentive, convention and exhibition (MICE) marketplace. Previously Michael served as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for MGM Resorts International (MGMRI) and as Vice President of Global Sales for Loews Hotels.
Michael is Past Chairman of the International Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International (MPI). His other industry leadership involvement includes board positions with the U.S. Travel Association (USTA) Executive Committee and Board of Directors for ASAE. He has served as Co-Chair of the Meetings Mean Business Coalition as well as Co-Chair of the APEX Room Piracy Taskforce and the APEX Standards Committee. Michael served on the GBTA Foundation Board, the HSMAI Foundation Board, and the FICP-Hospitality Professional Advisory Committee.
Strategic and Customer Advisory Boards member Greg Mount brings more than 30 years of experience to his new role. Most recently he served as the CEO of RLH Corporation where he repositioned RLH brands, balance sheet, and platform, growing the company from 55 hotels with two brands in eight states to 1300 hotels with nine brands and the 10th largest franchisor.
Prior to RLH Greg revitalized, rebuilt, and re-established Richfield Hospitality from an obscure 40-year old company to one of the top 50 hotel management companies. Previously, he held senior roles at Sage Hospitality, as well as Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he led the full-service division responsible for developing franchises and management contracts for the Westin, Sheraton, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridien, and Luxury Collection brands in the United States, Canada , and the Caribbean. Before joining Starwood, Mount held senior operating positions at Interstate Hotels Corporation and Marriott International Hotels, working his way up through several hotels and regional management positions before moving into development.
